Brides getting married in eastern North Carolina (east of Interstate 95) can get a free copy of the Carolina Wedding Guide by filling out all the following information. We will mail it to you A.S.A.P.!

If you do not know your wedding date, please do not enter anything in the wedding date field.

If you only know a partial date, please enter in what you know using the correct format (YYYY-MM-DD) and put zeros in place of the days you don't know.

For example, if you only know the year, you would enter 2007-00-00.
